Get the heart racing without the weights. Multiple stations to keep you moving & to burn calories. Become strong and toned using the aerial hammock and handles working more than one muscle group at a time. Mixture of grounded, flight, and inverted cardio. Providing modifications to each exercise. Lotus Impact

Low impact class for an overall introduction to aerial fitness using the hammock and handles. Learn everything you need to know to establish foundational movements while feeling comfortable and safe in the hammocks. Lotus is our Intro course and is mandatory to all NEW Aerial Impact athletes. [Beginning/Intermediate]

Choreo Impact

Traning in Ballet techniques and Barre with an aerial hammock and handles. Use the hammock to guide your body in the balance, increase posture, strengthen your core, and expand flexibility. [All Levels]
