Group training classes to get you ready for the day. Focus is on better movement patterns obtained through mobility, stability, and agility to allow you to move better throughout the day. Classes will help with the mind/muscle connection, be less intense in aerobic/anaerobic output, but will challenge you in other ways.

Group training classes dedicated to movements that enhance and benefit the golf swing [or rotational athlete] and use all avenues of fitness (strength, flexibility, posture, balance, alignment, and body position) to take your game to the next level. Goal is to allow you to stay at the top of your game in season or off season.

Classes are group-based fitness that focus on recovery from the week and charts a focus of well-being for the weekend. Based upon principles of Yoga For Golfers and other meditation practices, the objective is to help individuals unload the physical and mental stress from the week. This class will incorporate elements of breathing, dynamic warmup, power poses, balance, core, seated poses, and meditation. This class will be initially held once a week.
